I have worked with Channel 4 on many occasions over the past 10 years. Initially, in 2008, they wanted to launch a re-designed Channel 4 News website that would reduce the gap between them and their competitors by some margin. Working collaboratively in-house with Software Engineers and Testers, I provided requirements gathering, interface design and development services over a 3 month period until post-launch.
I returned again in 2010 when they were ready to make a more significant investment in Channel 4 News but creating a completely revised version. I worked in partnership with ClearLeft design agency on the user experience as well as collaboratively with in-house Software Engineers and Testers to produce a beta release of the new website.
Again, I returned in 2014, and in a break from Channel 4 News, I provided requirements gathering, interface design and development services over a 2 year period for a ground-breaking web portal that enabled advertising agencies to gain exposure to their advertising data across all mediums of delivery.
